By accessing the OX Plumbing Services LLC website, contacting us through our website chat, contact forms, or phone, or by using any of our plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

OX Plumbing Services LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Mesa, Arizona, and surrounding communities including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction. Services include drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, leak detection, sewer line work, repipes, hydro jetting, camera inspections, and emergency plumbing.

SMS / Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number through our website chat, contact forms, or service request channels, you consent to receive SMS messages from OX Plumbing Services LLC related to your service inquiry or appointment.

• ✓We send operational SMS only — to internal staff for new lead alerts, and to customers who request a callback or service to confirm appointments and provide service updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

• ✓Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Pricing & Payment

OX Plumbing charges a $99 service call fee for a technician to come out and diagnose the issue. We do not offer free quotes or free estimates. All service pricing will be communicated to and approved by the customer before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice via phone or text. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the $99 service call fee.

Limitation of Liability

OX Plumbing Services LLC's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
