Caleb explained what he was doing very well. He was very detail-oriented in how he worked. He was professional and personable. He was the best repair person I have had in many decades. I will recommend him and Ox Plumbing Company to anyone I encounter who needs a plumber. He deserves the highest review possible.

Caleb did an outstanding job repairing my tankless water heater. He was prompt, friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got us back in hot water fast. I also really appreciated how he stayed to make sure everything was working. I'll most definitely use OX Plumbing again. They're my new go to plumber.

Built On Real Reviews.

At OX Plumbing, every five-star Google review represents a homeowner in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, or Queen Creek who trusted us with a real plumbing problem — a burst pipe at 2 a.m., a slab leak under the kitchen, a water heater that quit on a Sunday morning. We don't chase reviews with discounts or scripted requests. We simply do the job right, leave the home cleaner than we found it, and let our customers decide whether the experience was worth talking about. After 450+ five-star reviews, the pattern is clear.

Reviews are the single most honest signal you have when picking a plumber in Arizona. Anyone can claim "fast service" or "fair pricing" on a website — only verified customers can confirm it. That's why we publish every Google review unfiltered, the good and the rare critical one alike, directly on this page. Read through the most recent feedback below and you'll consistently see the same themes:
