Before anyone books a plumber, they want to know one thing: what is this going to cost me? Here's exactly how our pricing starts.

What the $99 covers
Our $99 service call fee covers three things:
- Coming out to your home or business.
- Diagnosing the problem, so you know what's actually wrong.
- An upfront price for the repair, before any work starts.
The $99 goes toward the repair
If you approve the work, the $99 goes toward the repair. You aren't paying twice. If you decide not to go ahead, the $99 covers the visit and the diagnosis, and you keep the answer.
Are estimates free?
Many estimates are free. When we need to come out and diagnose a problem, that's the $99 service call, and it goes toward the repair if you approve the work. For a major job or a longer drive, the cost of the visit can be different, and we'll always confirm it with you before we come out. Either way, the price you get is based on what's really going on, not a guess over the phone.
No surprises
You see the problem, the fix and the total before we begin. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Offers that can lower the cost
- $99 drain cleaning: main-line cleaning with an accessible cleanout. Residential only, no pools. Not combinable with other offers. Mention the offer when you book.
- See every current deal on our coupons page.
- For bigger jobs like a new water heater or a repipe, you can pay over time with Wisetack financing, subject to credit approval.
