Toilet Installation in the East Valley, AZ

Found the toilet you want at a showroom, Costco or online? Have it delivered, and we'll handle the install. OX Plumbing installs standard toilets, TOTO WASHLET and other bidet seats, and smart toilets across Mesa and the East Valley. Any brand: TOTO, Kohler, American Standard, Gerber and more.
We don't sell toilets, so there's no pitch for a different model. You choose it; we put it in right and take the old one away. Call us to schedule your install.
You Buy It, We Install It

A toilet that's set wrong can leak under the floor for months before anyone notices. On a typical install we:
- Remove the old toilet: shut off the water, take the old toilet out and haul it away.
- Check the flange and floor: look for rot, cracks or signs of an old leak before the new toilet goes on.
- Set it on a new seal: a new wax ring (or wax-free seal) and bolts, so it sits solid and doesn't rock.
- Supply line and shut-off valve: a new supply line, and a new valve if the old one is stuck or won't close all the way.
- Leak check: fill, flush and check the base and the tank before we leave.
TOTO WASHLET & Bidet Seats

A WASHLET or bidet seat replaces your toilet seat and connects to the toilet's water line with a T-connector. TOTO says WASHLETs fit most North American toilets. Check your bowl first: elongated bowls measure about 18.5 inches from the seat bolts to the front, round bowls about 16.5 inches.
One thing we don't do: electrical. Heated seats and warm-water bidets plug into a GFCI (ground-fault) 120-volt outlet, and TOTO says it should be within about three feet of the toilet. Most older East Valley bathrooms don't have one behind the toilet, so have an electrician add it before your install day.
Smart Toilets & Wall-Hung Toilets

Smart toilets like TOTO NEOREST and G5A combine the toilet and the bidet in one unit: auto open and close, auto flush, heated seat, warm-water wash and dryer, depending on the model. They're heavier and more involved than a standard toilet, and they need the same GFCI outlet nearby. Each model has its own spec sheet for the outlet, the water line and the rough-in; we check it before the install so nothing is a surprise.
Wall-hung toilets (with the tank inside the wall) are a bigger job because the wall has to be open for the carrier. We do these as part of bathroom remodels.
Before We Come Out
- Measure your rough-in: the distance from the wall to the center of the floor bolts. It's usually 12 inches; some homes are 10 or 14. Buy a toilet that matches.
- Bowl shape: elongated or round, for seats and WASHLETs.
- Outlet: for any electric seat or smart toilet, a GFCI outlet within reach of the cord.
- Keep the box and the manual: the installer needs the model's instructions.
