★★★★★ I had an absolutely excellent experience, and I especially want to recognize Caleb. He was on time, called ahead to let me know he was coming, and from the moment he arrived he was professional, friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. Caleb took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain what he was doing so I understood exactly what was going on. He was respectful of my home, put covers over his shoes, kept everything clean, and never made me feel rushed. He clearly knew what he was doing and stayed focused on getting the job done correctly. He was also just genuinely kind and easy to work with, which makes such a difference when you’re already dealing with a frustrating plumbing problem. The entire experience, including the checkout process, was smooth, convenient, and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely use this company again, both because of the convenience and service, but especially because of Caleb. I would gladly request him again and would recommend him without hesitation. He is exactly the kind of employee a company should be proud to have.

After another round of the regular snake , the second guy says"looks like a job for HydroJet" .After a while, that did the trick., Perseverance , Professionalism , Good-natured . High praise coming from a cranky old landlord. And well deserved. Boss Man --buy those guys a beer ! Thank you Dave

We were having slow draining issues that home remedies weren’t really helping, we were also having water pressure issues so bad that you couldn’t have two valves open at once without noticing a huge drop. Caleb and Roro from Ox Plumbing came out and performed hydrojet cleaning for the pipes, and solved the water pressure issue in no time flat. The expertise, knowledge, professionalism and just plain friendliness was awesome. The before and after pictures of the pipes was very impressive. This was all covered under the Ox Shield protection plan. Very happy we signed up for it since we live in a home built in the 60s with original pipes. Highly recommend them, have always had a great experience with them.

I contacted Ox Plumbing to replace the toilets in my house. The initial consult was prompt and thorough, prices and timeline were clearly laid out. Megan handled the scheduling and Rosendo (RoRO) did the installation. Both Megan and Rosendo were competent, courteous, professional and overall a pleasure to work with.

Called Ox Plumbing about my water heater and they were out at the house faster than I expected. Gave me a straight quote on the spot - no runaround, no upsell, and the price was better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere. Work was fast and clean. No mess left behind, no trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Just handled it. Will be using them again, no question

My parents (from out of state) recently purchased a home in Mesa that has been getting remodeled. While out of state, a flooring company notified my parents that a toilet flange was needing replacement. My parents paid for the flange replacement fee, and my mother and I flew into Mesa earlier today. Upon inspection of the home, it was noted that the OTHER toilet was not correctly attached, an important gasket was missing, and the flooring company had mis-aligned the toilet onto an old AND new wax seal, causing the toilet to leak. My mother called Caleb with Ox Plumbing and within 30 minutes he arrived to fix the toilet. He told us that the flooring company had previously admitted to breaking the flange on the other toilet, and took multiple pictures for my parents to utilize on the second toilet to show the flooring company their mistakes. Caleb has gone above and beyond to try to help my parents with their new home, and we were very satisfied with the quality of work Ox Plumbing has to offer.

Caleb offer great service quick and well done

When our plumbing Issue popped up after Normal business hours. I was a little concerned on trying to find the right company. I’m a full-time caregiver for an elderly mother and I know nothing about plumbing issues so I was putting my faith completely in OX Plumbing services hands who I found by Googling and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier with that decision. First off the technician Erik Was extremely polite and courteous, not only was thorough, but explain the process along the way which made me feel more comfortable with the decisions I was making. I still have some other work that needs to be done and I will 100% be calling this company back. My reason for calling was completely addressed and fixed in a very timely and cleanly matter the prices were extremely reasonable for an after hours service and I do truly hope the company sees this review and gives some kudos to its employee Erik cause he deserves it, not only for a hands-down GREAT JOB and great personality but also just how polite he was to me and my elderly mother. Will use this company again in the future and would recommend anyone looking for a good business to deal with on plumbing issues. I wouldn’t doubt you will be as happy as I was. Thank you OX Plumbing Services again and thank you again, Erik

We had a wonderful experience with OX Plumbing after our bathroom faucet sprung a leak. They were able to come same day and repaired it for less than another plumbing company that quoted us. Caleb and his partner (sorry, we didn’t catch your name!) did a great job and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be keeping them in mind for further plumbing needs!

Awesome service! Timely and very professional!

UPDATE: this is the second time we’ve had a fantastic experience with Ox Plumbing! Erik and Roro took care of several items from our home inspection list and did an excellent job - everything was handled thoroughly and with great attention to detail. A few days later, Caleb came out to fix a separate issue, and he was just as professional and efficient. The entire team is consistently honest, reliable, and easy to work with. It’s such a relief to find a company you can truly trust. Highly recommend Ox Plumbing! ORIGINAL: We had a great experience with Ox Plumbing. We were able to get a quote same day from their awesome tech, Caleb. He was able to solve the problem quickly, provide a few options to resolve the issue, and answered all of the (numerous) questions we had with professionalism and honesty. He did a great job with our new toilet installation. We would definitely use Ox Plumbing again in the future! Thanks Caleb!

Caleb was very helpful and explained what he was doing. He was thorough in troubleshooting and a pleasure to work with. We added a request for an estimate on another issue after he was here.He got right on researching what was needed and came up with a quote that we were able to work with. The request will require a separate service call after parts are received but we were thankful Caleb took the extra time to look in to it and come up with a plan. It will be so good to have a tub that drains again and a real faucet on my laundry utility sink! He made our day by also confirming no leaks in our system. Thank you! We will definitely call again if needed.
