OX Plumbing offers a 10% military and veteran discount on plumbing work. Just let us know when you book, or tell the technician when they arrive.

- How it works: mention it when you call (602) 905-3722 or book online, and it's taken off the invoice.
- Every job starts the same way: our $99 service call covers the visit and an upfront price before any work begins, and the $99 goes toward the repair if you go ahead.
A quick home check before the holidays
Fall is a good time for a 10-minute walk-through, before guests arrive and before the coldest nights of the year:
- Find your main water shut-off and make sure it turns. If a pipe ever bursts, it's the first thing you'll need, and a valve that hasn't moved in years can be stuck. See how to shut off your water in an emergency.
- Look at the water heater. Rust or moisture at the base, a rumbling sound when it heats, or hot water that runs out faster than it used to are signs it needs a flush or a closer look. See signs your water heater needs replacing.
- Check under the sinks for drips, damp cabinet floors or soft spots.
- Wrap outdoor pipes and hose bibs before cold weather, so an occasional freezing night doesn't crack them.
- Service the softener or RO if it's been more than a year: check the salt, and change RO filters on the maker's schedule.
